That depends on the provider… But if you look at the BGP table, you’ll even find /29’s advertised. not many of them, ’cause it’s stupid. But you’ll find it.

I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. But if you read the verbiage it says that the Partner must have x number of employees full time. There is not a penalty to you, the CCIE being used in that audit submission.
