I forgot to also mention that my internal users are also spamming the world, based on my diagnosis.
If you know of solutions that prevent incoming and outgoing spam, would really appreciate.

Assuming you are using Postini Email Security for Enterprises, it can be configured to protect both your inbound and outbound messsages.
