MPLS TE command

Not is not required.
The “tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth” is also optional and specifies an amount of bandwidth to be reserved for the TE tunnel along its path.
Eg,
interface Tunnel1 ip unnumbered Loopback0 tunnel destination 11.11.11.20 tunnel mode mpls traffic-eng tunnel mpls traffic-eng autoroute announce tunnel mpls traffic-eng priority 5 5 tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth 25

No - I do not believe so.
You might be confusing the bandwidth command with ip rsvp bandwidth.
Here is a quick sample, basic config on an interface:
interface serial 0/0 mpls ip mpls traffic-eng tunnels ip rsvp bandwidth 128

Hi experts
When we configuring MPLS TE, the interface command “bandwidth xxxx” is mandatory?
