It happens sometimes. i would suggest to either disable/enable port again and if doesnt sort out the problem , then either reboot the entire switch or reset the hardware module- command would be either - reset or reset mod
There can be one more problem. One reason can also be ip helper-address problem in your Router who is forwarding your request to CCM. Check that out if that is present as well.
